This is a Hindi film based on NRI couple based in London. The leading ladies of the movie are not able to speak Hindi well, however the movie is made in Hindi language.
In the movie, Aruna plays a wife who finds out that her husband is having an affair with another woman, and she in turn sets out to have an extramarital affair with the husband of that woman. According to Aruna nudity is not the highlight of the movie. There is nude scenes in the movie but is shot from sideways, or pixeled out.
Society is not willing to take extra marital affairs, they take it as accidents which happends to others. You only get a jolt when it actually happens to you or to someone you know. It is a take on four dramatic characters. Mrs. Singh (Aruna Shields), an agony aunt columnist, is obviously agonized upon discovering her husband’s infidelity. Mr. Singh (Naved Aslam) and Mrs. Mehta (Lucy Hassan) are having an extra-marital affair, despite being ostensibly happy with their respective marriages. His wife however has full faith in Ashwin’s talent that one day he will be a very rich and famous painter. Drawn together by shame and anger, they find comfort in their growing friendship even as they resolve not to be like their unfaithful mates.
Ashwin is an upcoming painter, however she is living his life own his wife. This puts him in a spot.
Considering that Bollywood has so few adult films to offer, this one’s a rare experience. is it a case of crisscrossed adultery, an unintentional spouse swapping. Director has approached the subject with maturity and causoin, this makes the film a good one. This film has ample nude scene and kissing seqences. Pravesh made sure that there were very minimal crew members on the sets while shooting the nude scenes. Though Aruna Shields was cool about being in her birthday suit, it was Prashant who kept fumbling and fluffing. The movie is not meant to titillate anyone so there were no vulgar scenes. Every shot is done very aesthetically.
Director Pravesh Bharadwaj leaves an open end for the viewers to exercise their own brain muscles and draw their own conclusions, not something Bollywood patrons are used to.

Diana Penty is replacing Deepika Padukone as the new face of international cosmetics brand Maybelline New York. With this, she joins the ranks of international supermodels like Adriana Lima and Christy Turlington. “I feel great to get this break to endorse a brand that is so lively and truly multi-ethnic. For me it is not only about whom I am replacing but it’s about being on the same platform as international models and get international publicity,” Penty said in a declaration.
Penty is a student of the Elite Model Management and its CEO Sushma Puri was all praise for the young model. “Diana has a face that is very versatile and appeals to both Indian and international markets and she is also young, beautiful and confident. This makes her the ideal choice for any international brand,” Puri said.

The story line goes like this. Mommy and Me movie is about the daugher and mother played by Urvashi and Archana Kavi.
Jewel (Archana) is frustrated with her mother Clara (Urvasi), who finds fault in everything she does and tries to control her life. This leads to friction and Joseph (Mukesh), the father, has to bear the brunt of it. His efforts to be a bridge fail most of the time.
The other characters who pad up the story are Jewel’s younger brother (Master Jeevan), who spies on his sister and reports to their mother; Rahul (Kunchako Boban), son of Joseph’s childhood friend (Lalu Alex), who acts as Jewel’s local guardian and secretly likes her. The twist in the tale comes, when the bad guys in college try to get even with Jewel and Rahul saves her.
The movie is carried forward in the safe hands of Urvasi and Kunchako to some extend. Urvasi performs excellent as over protective mother of the daughet. Archana should consider herself lucky to get such an author-backed role so early in her career and that too opposite Urvasi. Archana need to graduate as an actress to take up any role with substance. Kunchako Boban is trying his best to look like and act like a college student. Mukesh and Lalu alex are just part of the movie.
This movie is getting ample attention and is is going to be another successfull in Malayalam as the subject and the presentation is loved by the malayalee family world wide. The society is looking for such good movies rather than purely commercial cinema.
Writer-director Jeethu Joseph tries to prove his versatility with this film, but does not succeed fully as the film is very loud. A little subtlety would have worked wonders.

Vedam is a movie with five different sub-stories belonging to five different characters in the film and all are weaved together through a single thread. The movie starts by introducing the main characters and their problems in life.

In this movie every one chips in well. The cameos by Bhramanandam and Krish himself had been suitably written too. ‘Vedham’ will create a modern cult of picture making, as of the reaction it is receiving right now.
The song of Vedam has been composed by M M Keeravani and written by Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry, Sahiti, E S Murthy and Keeravani.

This is the story of todays corrupt youths who wants to get rich quick. Shahid Kapoor and friends are doing the lead roles. One-picture-old Anushka Sharma who’s trying something unusual from her debut movie (Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, also with the Yash Raj banner) where she performed a simple and sweet Punjabi girl, as in contrast to now – a sizzling would-be model. Morals don’t have much to do in their show me the money schemes and they decide to go with the fraudulent deal. The major portion of the film has been shot at Bangkok in Thailand. The film also contains other location such as Mumbai, New York City and Philadelphia.
The four friends initiated a business that was planned to crack the system with a goal of getting them rich overnight. On their track to the riches they committed all sorts of criminal and forbidden deeds, but with a legitimate method. They believed in the fact that every business needed a brilliant plan rather than huge cash investment.
Each actor in this film has delivered energy-packed performances, that develop into a huge trump card for this movie. Shahid embarks upon a dangerous path with his buddies to unleash one shady business deal one after the other. Shahid Kapoor hits the nail on the head again. Watch out for his finding of a pregnant Anushka, and his argument with her on her finding of his green card surprise. Other scenes where he’s done really perfectly well have to be the ones with Anupam Kher – emotionally strong ones. Anushka is yet one more revelation. Rather than going into safe mode by being stereotyped as the simple girl, she’s gone upfront and done something tangentially distinctive than her debut film in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi roughly two years ago. Her bold and casual act takes you by wonder and impresses one and all- she is confidence personified. The picture ends up providing us with ample doses of enjoyment value, what with a really well-written script, supported by excellent performances by the cast and rock-solid production values by the makers of the film! And the best part about the movie is regardless of carrying the tag of the ‘fun, fresh film that wants to entertain us’, the picture never ends up insulting your intellect, something Parmeet Sethi should be applauded of. This one’s a must-watch, and a must-support too.

Being the first release following the 2 month dry spell at movie theatres post IPL, audiences were earnestly awaiting a big screen. While in totality it does fall short of being the big great summer entertainer that it is been claiming to be, it however manages to bring many laughs for you. “The fact is that critics don’t have to tell me whether my film is good or not. It is the job of the audience and they would decide if ‘Housefull’ works for them,” Sajid quoted during production.
Sajid, who also wrote the script, strains too strong to add humour to every scence. He resorts to the familiar gay and Gujarati gags. Much was expected from Sajid Khan who has been literally claiming from rooftops for weeks now that he has made the year’s biggest blockbuster. That is natural as promotors had already given hints on that.
To give Sajid due credit, he has created many rip roaringly humorous situations that are well executed by his actors. Amongst the most hilarious sequences are most of the scenes featuring Akshay and Ritesh together sharing excellent chemistry.
It has a series of comic scenes, with a story to back it up. The story is about pretenses, and how in the name of saving one’s face and popularity, lies lead to larger lies, stemming from wanting to impress family members. Housefull narrates the story of Aarush (Akshay Kumar), the world’s unluckiest man. Being jinxed, he believes his bad luck can vanish if he finds true love. In the process he gets married to the rich mans daughter Jiah Khan. After the first marriage he meets Sandy (Deepika Padukone) who also falls in love with Akshay Kumar. But complications follow thereafter as Sandy’s brother, Major Krishna Rao (Arjun Rampal) and Hetal’s (Lara Dutta-bobs wife) father, Batuk Patel (Boman Irani) enter the scene. How Aarush and his friend Bob (Riteish Deshmukh) come out of this jumble, forms the core of the movie.
It is the out come of admirable group work. Complete movie housefull review is not given here.Akshay underplays his part superbly. All those who felt that the actor tends to get loud or needs to be controlled will change their belief with this movie. Riteish is extremely usual. Though the story primarily revolves around Akshay, Riteish stands shoulder to shoulder with Akshay in this one. Arjun Rampal is fantastic. Deepika carries her part with amazing confidence and again she will be remembered for her performance in this one. Lara is a seasoned player when it comes to comedies and she’s too good at it once again. Her scenes with Riteish in particular and also with Boman are first-rate. Jiah also excell in her role.
